Impossible Burger @ Momofuku Nishi
The very meaty no-meat burger by Impossible Foods made has made its debut this year at Momofuku Nishi – a Korean/Italian spot – in the Chelsea neighborhood. Made from plants, but convincingly juicy, the Impossible Burger is sure worth a detour (we tried it ourselves, and it’s delicious!). Be sure to go for lunch or arrive as soon as dinner service starts to be guaranteed to try the burger – they sell out fast!
Chef Chloe Coscarelli has taken NYC by storm with her 100% vegan versions of fast food favorites. There are 2 by CHLOE joints open already (both are very popular – expect to wait in a long line!) with 2 more due to open soon.
